Dean & Jodi Turner
Beekeepers, Environmentalists, Healthy Thinkers

Keeping bees and offering local beekeeping instruction has been Jodi's passion for over 25 years. During this time bees haven't really changed, but the process of keeping bees has and the challenges of dealing with varroa mites, etc.
Now, more than ever, it is important that we become more self-sufficient, know what we are eating, and treat our environment with respect. Life is what we make it. Learning more about how we can help ourselves to help others is part of that quest.

We will be offering a limited number of educational opportunities for the 2025 Season. These will be available in Swanzey, NH & Mount Desert Island, ME. We are consolidating our yards and will focus on specific goals. We will continue to raise and sell queens and NUCs, however it will be on a much smaller scale. Maximizing our time and living life to the fullest will be our focus in 2025.
Jodi and her husband Dean live in Swanzey, NH and summer in Mount Desert Island. When not in their hives, or offering beekeeping instruction, they can be found outdoors camping, hiking, biking, kayaking, gardening, and just enjoying life's journey!
